Moments Of Clarity

There are moments when an idea, a feeling, a knowing gleams through the mundane thoughts of everyday life and brings clarity. Moments when I know I have been dragging around debris acquired throughout my life and have not recognized the added weight. The need to control a situation and the inability to do so. The worry that I try to bury but creeps out. The facade that I present to the world versus the complicated, confusing and contradictory emotions and thoughts that I keep to myself. The anxiety about the end of the world and the concern about micro black holes. The feeling of living a constrained life. And the boredom.

This work is a reflection of these moments.
